Stagger Wires Before Inserting them into the Wire Manager
Staggered wires can be inserted much easier and quicker into the wire manager. This saves a lot of time.
Depending on the type of wire manager four or all eight wires of a data cable have to be inserted into the holes of the wire manager of an RJ45 modules or plug. Straighten the wires as described in the previous issue helps a lot. Staggering the wires after straightening makes inserting them much easier as only one wire is inserted at a time. Staggering the wires cost nearly no time but makes termination much easier.

If the cores are cut in stages before being inserted into the core manager, this makes threading the cores much easier and saves a lot of time.
