Straighten Wires Before Inserting them into the Wire Manager
Many IT projects are on a tight schedule. Clever ways of terminating the wires save time. The old proverb “small cause, big effect” proves true. When you know how to quickly straighten the wires before inserting them into the wire manager saves time and thus money.
Straight wires can be terminated much easier than bent ones. After untwisting the pairs, the individual wires are nothing less than straight. A simple trick helps: Take the wire at the end of the cable jacket between your thumb and a small screwdriver, apply light (!) pressure with your thumb and slide along the wire. This small effort makes termination much easier, especially when the wires have to be inserted into a wire manager.
After the wires have been straightened by thumb and screwdriver they can be inserted much easier into the wire manager.
