Telegärtner Karl Gärtner GmbH offers coloured strain reliefs for coaxial cables in the diameter range 9.7 - 11 mm, in addition to the already known sleeves for 3.5 and 5 mm cables.
The new strain reliefs are made of soft PVC (TPR-95) and offer good protection of the cable at the sensitive transition area from cable to connector. The new strain reliefs are marked with the outer diameter of the corresponding cable so that the grommet size can be quickly differentiated. The strain reliefs are RoHs-compliant and have a cold break resistance down to -55 ° C.

The new strain reliefs for 10.5 mm cable are available in 4 different colours. In 75 Ohm video applications it is essential that the signatures are easily differentiated and correlated. The colours used are to RAL specifications and available in black, red, green and blue.
