Communication technology as a virtual live experience with Telegärtner
Telegärtner's new virtual world presents technologies and product solutions in a three-dimensional virtual world, bringing modern communication infrastructures to life.
Stuttgart, 17 November 2020 - Presenting communication technology in a compelling and convincing way is no easy task. Telegärtner rose to the challenge though and created an interactive, lifelike theme park with atmospheric audio and lighting simulations familiar to online gamers and virtual reality users. As visitors move through the theme world, they can remove walls and covers, zoom in on details and call up a wealth of information with a click of the mouse. And if they want to, they can of course virtually browse through product brochures as well.
"To shape global digitalisation with innovative solutions is one of our most important goals," says Florian Gärtner, CEO and co-owner of Telegärtner Karl Gärtner GmbH. "It’s therefore only logical to make more extensive use of digital media in communications as well.”
Telegärtner’s new virtual world goes online on 24 November 2020. The gateway to this digital world is the Information Centre. Here visitors can get an overview of the theme world in a three-dimensional model and, as usual, browse through brochures, order information material and samples. Visitors are invited to exchange ideas in a live chat with Telegärtner staff on 24 and 25 November. A team of product management, engineering and sales experts will be on hand on both days from 6:30 am to 8 pm.
Outside the Information Centre, specialist areas such as mobile communications, Edge Data Centre, office buildings and the factory floor are in the initial exploratory phase. The themed world will be continually enhanced and there are already plans for further elements.
"It was important for us to provide customers with another way to access product information and application examples," says Tanja Bensel, Head of Marketing at Telegärtner. "Users can fully immerse themselves in the world of product solutions and retrieve complex information, while enjoying an interactive and impressive experience.”
The interactive theme world with its offerings will stay permanently online and can be visited at any time after 24 November.
