The Telegärtner Fiber Field Plug (FFP) enables ingeniously simple, quick and permanently reliable fiber optic plug assembly. The plugs are polished prior to shipment and do not require time-consuming and error-prone gluing and pol ishing in the field. In addition, the already contained index-matching gel guarantees very good long-term stability of the mechanical splice’s optical transmission values.
