As a Process & Compliance Manager (m/f/d),
you are part of our Regulatory Affairs & Process Management team. 

• You plan, design, coordinate and optimise our company processes
• You will be responsible for the (partial) project management of cross-departmental process optimisation projects
• You will support the specialist departments with practice-oriented process documentation
• Collaboration in the development of sustainability reporting (CSRD) is also part of your area of responsibility
• You will be responsible for researching and analysing regulatory requirements in relation to compliance (e.g. RoHS, REACH)
• The management of legally binding declarations of conformity with legal requirements in relation to products and markets (Regulatory Affairs) is your responsibility.

• A successfully completed commercial degree and at least three years of relevant professional experience form the basis of your professional skills
• You already have a sound knowledge of business process management methods and have already gained experience in project management
• Knowledge of European regulatory requirements (RoHS, REACH, CE, etc.) is an advantage
• You have good MS Office and English skills
• An independent, committed way of working, strong team spirit and goal-orientation are a matter of course for you
• Your interest in researching and analysing regulatory requirements and a structured, systematic way of working round off your profile.
